American Whiskey
Must be at least 51% corn.
Including rye, barley whiskey and distilled beer.
Scotch Whisky
Single malt Scotches from the Speyside region.
Single malt Scotches from the Islay region.
Including Campbeltown and Highland single malts and blended malts.
Everything Else
Includes Irish and Australian whiskies, rum, brandy and mezcal.
